Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Demex-Inc PD715 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinatti-Milacron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinatti-Milacron such as the 34242047A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT1665MSTBD manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CJ2MCPU31 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Xinje Brand TGC65ET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Canopen such as ESVZAC0 equipment made by Canopen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Canopen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Canopen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GS2110WTBD made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular A20B8101060001A original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP370LG1124V by Proface and ESVZAC0 spares by Canopen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
